Check in Policy: check- in 4 P.M.

Check out Policy: check-out 10 A.M.

Guidelines for check-out- please remove all bedding on beds that were used and put on the floor. Please wash all dishes. Put all trash in the outside garbage cans.

Deposit Policy- A non refundable 25% deposit is required. A two night minimum stay may be required on weekends and peak seasons.

Cancellation Policy- If you need to cancel, please give us at least a 7 day notice and your deposit can be used towards a future date. No refunds for early departures. Guests who cancel within 7 days of reservation forfeit their deposit.

Pet Policy- Pets are welcome, there is a $50 fee per stay per pet.  (maximum of 2 pets per cabin) We do ask that you keep them off the furniture as not all our guests are dog lovers like us. Pets must be leashed at all times.  We do ask that you clean up after your pet around the cabin areas.

Smoking Policy: All cabins are non smoking, if you smoke outside please clean up your butts. We want to maintain a clean environment for all guests. If we find that smoking was done in the cabin, we reserve the right to charge a $100 cleaning fee.

Children: Must be accompanied by an adult at all times, no one under the age of 18 can stay without an adult.

​

Quiet Time for the comfort of all quests is 11 P.M. to 7 A.M.

​

Damage to Cabins: please report immediately, once damages are accessed, an estimate will be given and you will be billed.
